jvision
Try spot treatment with Excel. You probably need a bit more of a carbon source than just atmospheric CO2.
Jro
Is this happening on Java Ferns by chance?

Jro
Does the tank have optimal flow? I had this sort of algae on my Java Ferns and it has started to disappear after I corrected the flow. How often are you fertilizing and what kind of lighting are you using?
Cgy_Betta_Guy
Might be easier to diagnose if you had a pic of it. As Jvision mentioned use excel or you can also try peroxide as a spot treatment for algae.
