Maxed out I can do about 150gallons but im thinking closer to 120 or 90. Now I have found a small pre built pond that looks like a large bowl but I am wanting to keep koi in it during the spring an summer. Now dont go flaming me here. I know koi need more space but I will be purchasing small koi in the spring, raising them, then adding them to my fathers pond in the fall. With the KHV virus we dont want to take any chances and with my small pond we both win.
