dpaul
"L#'s" are used to describe the many different types of plecos...for example Queen Arabesque is L260, Hypancistrus Zebra is L046...there's a section on PlanetCatfish.com called the "cat-elog" where they list all the different L#'s David
Menagerie
I have no idea what L number this pleco is. When I bought him, he was sold as a something Bristle Nose pleco. I call him a Spotted Bristle Nose pleco. Oh well, I shoud lhave been paying more attention, instead of starting at the other fish tanks
Nandopsis
Are you sure it is not just a bristle nose pl*co with "ICH"?
Menagerie
It's the most stable ich infection I have ever seen :smokey:
Smokey
Menagerie: if you go to PlanetCatfish.com you should be able to identify the species. and it's sex. The bristles are an identification. This may be a "dusted" species. similar to the gold spotted, eg...[??]. BTW - great pic. loveable creatures :smokey: Smokey
