depends on the pumps flow rate.. I use 1 1/2" pvc with a 450-500 gph pump... no problems if your pumps flow is more than the pipe can handle ,, just make 2 overflows, one for each side of the tank..

Try a product called ICH-X.. when using this product you must take out the carbon from your filtration.. It has worked for me in the past

first off, find out if the tank is "tempered" glass.. very important !!!and when you find out that it is tempered glass, make a diy overflow.. got any pics of your creation??? ....... what type of resin and paint did you use???

Is the stand not square? or is the floor not level? My basement floor is flat like a roller coaster.. :shock: ... I use folded/ compressed cardboard and jam it under the desired spot.. It has worked for my 125's.. no problem..

Is the synspilum in the same tank as the arow??..
