  1. There was a guy in the north end that made some 96x30x24, I think his name was Tony and he had a bunch of aros and flowerhorns. Not too such if he still makes them though.
  2. Acrylic tanks are chemically welded together, if built properly there is no chance of it leaking.
  3. My buddy has a jardini that he wants to part with if interested.
  4. Just went through a couple of boxes of aquarium supplies in the basement and came across an Aquaclear 2000 what wouuld this be equivalent to? Aquaclear 500/Aquaclear 110??? Thanks
  5. 3/8" is roughly 9 mm, going by what you said on 2 cm or less it should be within tolerance.
  6. ok I'll give the pvc pipe try, hopefullly she can get her eggs released soon. also my ph is somewhat more neutral and the water softer due to the driftwood that is in the tank, with more wc it should bring it closer to your level. tks
  7. Yes I have terra cotta pot with a hole for them to swim through... I'll try more water changes and frozen blood worms this weekend. The female looks like she is ready to burst but the male shows no interest whatsover.
  8. Can I ask what is your water parameters and how big the tank is? I have a gravid female but the male doesn't do much to coax her into releasing the eggs? Infact he just beats her up everytime there is wafers in the water. :well:
  9. Just a pair of Motoros here, 1 male and 1 female, 7-8" disc diameter.
  10. I have a royal plec in mine that seems to do a good job.
  11. like what? I feed mine Hikari floating food sticks, they pretty much float even when completely soaked
  12. Yeah, one of them definitely has 2 darker tubey thing, while the other has none. I looked under their skirts -roll- I'm told they are about 7-8 months old and are captive breed ( came from the big female at BigAls).
  13. I was going to mention clown loaches but then I realized it was only a 33 gal...so that's out of the question. For a 33 gal size tank, I would say go with cardinal tetras like rayfong has but I believe they would require a very well cycled tank to thrive. Just my 2 cent
  14. One male and one female, so I'm told...
  15. Not the best pictures, but what do you think?
