  1. ppssttt...need more convicts? PM me, I'll drop a few off.
  2. I added 10 juvi rams that I recieved from Tuan (picked up on 8th) to my 72, so far they seem really happy. They've started to pick out "their"spots and are quite sprite and seem real well. I hope I don't start losing any, didn't realize they were so fragile. If you want more , talk to Tuan , he may have some left.
  3. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! He's real perdy !!!!!!! Get me babies please !!!!!
  4. yes they do , they are too closely related I think :poo:
  5. http://secure.cartsvr.net/catalogs/catalog...;showprevnext=1 Wow if they look like this , I'll want some too!
  6. You just aren't thinking ahead here guys.....creating the pink clothes gives her reason to go shopping, hummmm a whole new wardrobe what could that cost? lmao gO WIFE GO ! -roll- -roll- -roll-

  8.   Get down on your knees boy and praise her for her considerations. If you ever hope that she may in the future care enough to even let you know there may be a problem. If you do anything to blow this oppertunity to encourage her a little into your interests... If she feels spited over this she may not even notice next time that one of the little treasures is swimming sideways and call you. On the other hand if you express your pleasure and reward her for putting your feelings first and being willing to scoop the dead thing for you to keep the others safe, she may want to be more involved. She was only thinking of you , she coulda walked away....
  9. http://www.wetwebmedia.com/PlantedTksSubWebIndex/elodea.htm According to this site, it is a cold water plant.
  10. I think it's all covered under general aquaria, put your title in and those with interest will respond. Those of us who are just learning this stuff have the oppertunity to read and learn from those of you in the know.
  11. Killies are egglaying toothcarps. livebearing toothcarps include guppies, plattys, swords, mollies, etc. Liberal!!!!......Bite your tongue!!!!....I am a TRUE Albertan thankyou and as such I am Conservative to the bone. I'm just glad to hear it, figurin' there might just have to be a linch'in on main street. As a conservative just speak your mind and say it straight. None of them there fancy names. ( lol, I'm gonna pee my pants I'm laughing too much, oooo gonna get muscle cramps).
  12. The first thing to know about priming the fluval 405 is to pump the little pump 2 or 3 times, let the filter fill and THEN plug it in to turn it on. It is really easy, just important not to run it while it's dry. It is MUCH better than the old 404 I also have which really is a pain to prime and start. The 405 has had no leaks or difficulties at all. As soon as I can afford another canister I'd like to get a rena. Shop arround, ask for a discount, get the best price. I would choose between those 2, but deffinately a canister for that size tank, no doubt in my mind.
  13. :w00t: That would be ok if it wasn't some foreign language lol Trying to be politically correct? :guns: Sounding liberal to me hehehe
  14. Sory Jason and GS I'm getting all confused. The CAS auction is Sunday therefore in Calgary. So when is the ACE auction? I got them confused because I recieved the CAS notice in my ACE email....lol I've never been to one of these and am so excited about going !!!!!
  15. I have 1, he was given to me. He's a Flagfish, and on NLS, his colors are amazing. I would like to learn about these fishes though and see pics from local keepers.
  16. On my 72 gal. bowfront I have a fluval405. It works really well. I like that the canister is underneath - out of site and sound. The only visible parts are the intake and return. The newest feature is the quick disconnect so with the flip of two levers I can remove the canister without disturbing the pipes. It requires much fewer cleanings then the HOB types. I saw them at westend Super Pet and I believe they were about 200.00. Not the most expensive of the canister filters and worth the convenience.
  17. I am in awwwww. Lovin' it!
  18. http://www.malawicichlidhomepage.com/haps/...ivinsgtoni.html is it this guy?
