  1. check out this site, http://www.flexpvc.com/ for adapters. I know home depot has some adapters, but don't think that will make a difference if the pump is only 3/4".
  2. Hey that looks pretty neat! Your drawer system looks tall, are you still doing 50% water changes every second day? So your tank has 2 overflows?
  3. Just look at the colors, WOW, those are really cute. Are they in a comm tank?
  4. It's going to be awesome !!! Any pic's so far?
  5. You could also check out Boom's projects, he has a lot of good links there as well. After you get it built, you will realize how simple it is. Good luck with that.
  6. WOW, is that ever clear!! nice shots
  7. WOW JAY, that looks beautiful. I need another tank... lol
  8. Great looking stand, That's what Corvette means, you might want to place steel plates between your concrete and stand to distribute the load of the tank. Good idea to have adjustable feet!! I hope the end caps where the treads are does not collapse because of the heavy load. great point,,,its hard to beleive that six bolt will hold roughly 4100 + pounds.. i best of luck.. the bolts are not holding 4100 pounds each. There are 6, so its 4100 divided buy 6. Also come look at the bolts, they are huge. they can hold more then 700 pounds. Hey NO Worries!! Your stand looks great, I just wasn't sure about your adjustable feet. As long as you are sure, better to vent now then later.
  9. Hey Dustin, nice aro. Is that what the big tank is for? SWEET

  13. WOW, that's a Huge Tank!!! That's going to be awsome.
  14. Depending on size of tank, try a glass shop and ask for some used glass. Big Al's sells the plastic hinges if needs.
  15. In Edmonton you can buy it here, 2 lb bag is like $20. Earth's General Store 2Flr-10832 82 Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 2B3 Telephone : 780-439-8725 Can't read, BLOOD WORMS!!! :smokey:
  16. That sounds pretty good, but your tank is not in my house. Someone else built at tank around Oct/Nov, maybe check the forum and find out what she used. Good luck with your project!
