Those are awesome, I love them all!!! wonderful colors ALL OF THEM.

Does anyone know how compatible they are with Cichlids? I had one gal told me I could mix them and had someone else tell me Not a good idea, I love the teal ones and am not having much luck to find the teal-greenish cichlid...not to mention the different shapes would look sharp....but are they compatible?

Discus are a species of cichlid. They are compatible with other cichlids, but only peaceful ones like rams and such. But if you are starting out at keeping discus, keep them first in a bare tank, with no other tank mates. When you have everything good with them for a while, then you can try other fish. I was told all of this good advice from some long time discus keepers, and I am finally learning that they are right :) Don't make the mistake I made and put them in with a bunch of other fish right to start with. I don't know which teal-greenish fish you would be talking about.

 Very nice looking fish, I love ho beautiful they look, good job connie :smokey:
