Brett has a sailfin pleco he was looking to get rid of. He asked me if I wanted it the other day. I don't want any plecos in my acrylic tank as they are reported to scratch the acrylic while feeding leaving a hazy look over time.

Wow I've missed a few posts over the last while. lol. Haven't got any plecos yet but started to fill the bottom with bichers instead.

This is a wicked tank. Just awesome!!

Thanks

holy smokes thats awesome, how do you do water changes in something that big?

Thank you. The system is on a drip system so none of the water chanhes are manual.

This is insane,

If I even talked about something like this my wife would feed my body parts to the fish

Well do that man, Bravo

lol the key to doing it was to do it before the girlfriend moved in.

That is a great build. Very well done.

so scott what if you would of sat the acrylic on the floor of the tank when you sealed it and then propped 2x4's against the back wall to push the window against the frame ? do you think that way a person wouldnt have to bolt it??and could i use the zavlar ontop of fiberglass as a substitute for silicone?? thanks
