HOWEVER, the best stuff to use is: GE Silicone Construction 1200 Series Sealant (SCS1200) Which is what we use in the shop to build our tanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Also, if you have a Home Hardware by your place, you can get a 3-pak for $10 of silicone that says right on it "Aquarium Safe". I've been using that for the last couple years.
