I use osmocote in substrate and for water column I use Flourish Excel, Flourish, Flourish Iron and Flourish potassium . Also running DIY Co2 on diffuser into cannister filter. I could not even get the Lillie's to grow until I started using more than just excel LOL I didn't know it wasn't really a fertilizer on its one. Current stock of plants update: Rubras, tiger lotus, reg dwarf Lilly, dwarf saggitarie, ozelot sword, crypto wendtti green, crypto balansai, java fern, phillipino java fern, java moss, anubias coffefolia x2, anubias broad leaf x2, anubias congensis, anubias Nana x3(sprouts) and one mystery anubias sprout. Livestock is still at a minimum: black skirt tetra x5, one super old neon tetra(puffer spared him) Ornate tetra x3 and a lot of Malaysian trumpet snails. Dosing schedule: Flourish trace + flourish excel and next day is flourish, flourish potassium, flourish iron and flourish excel. I use this method all week and do 50% water change every Sunday.
