It looks like a Pekoltia sp. to me... but, it might be the Hypancistrus, Melody mentioned.

It is a Peckoltia for sure, I haven't been able to narrow it down farther though.

L202 is another one that goes by the common name, but the pictures I saw didn't have the defined striping on the 'snout', for lack of a better word. Maybe the dot pattern isn't standard though.
