thefishdude
Anyone know what type of sealant spray is used on products sold at the fish shop? Im looking for something that is reasonably easy to find that could be used to cover my home-built decorations without the risk of chemical seepage. Suggestions.... Nandopsis
I can't think of any off hand, but you could check out a boat store to see if they have something that is marine safe.
Oxquo
check the product really welll too, as I have bought marine safe paint that actually said on the can only to paint up to the water line. not to be submerged. After a trial, the coat turned white and began to peel and leak that was in only 8 days.
wtac
Any clear acrylic spray "paint" will do. Put on at least 3 coats and it should be fine. Let it cure for at least 48hrs and when the solvent dissapates, the acrylic itself is absolutely inert.
