Jayba Posted May 2, 2012 Report Share Posted May 2, 2012 Just received an email from Hydor. My 300watt inline heater died, kinda my fault too. So Hydor simply said cut the cord, take a pic, and we will send you a new one. No cost. This is not the first time I have had great dealings with Hydor. Had 2 powerheads that acted kind strange after running constantly for 2 years, they sent new parts for free. Another time I dropped one and broke it. They sent me parts for free.
