When would you make this order? I'd like to get in on this, but not til next month or so, I'm in the middle of moving and haven't even set up a tank yet. I'm particularily interested in getting some Heros efasciatus. Probably ten fish at $10.00 each.

Wierd, I have never had problems with them. Do you even get the little white feather dusters going in your tank?

Got some cool Neo. savoryi at Gold Aquariums too! Aside from that, there's a few Neo. longicauda somewhere in the store also.

I like "cool white" tubes. You can pick them up just about anywhere and in combination with some sort of full spectrum tube, you should be able to show off the fish to the best advantage.

Sometimes crabs eat them. Another possibility is that your system is so completely devoid of floating particles that they are simply starving to death?

Indo should be in later this week. $7.99/lb for really high quality, porous pieces (well, at least every other shipment of indo has gone as such). Only five boxes though so just give me a PM around Friday if you're interested.

At Gold Aquriums, we got live rock going for $5.99/lb (Fiji) and $7.99/lb (indo) Nothing in right now though. We're expecting an order within the next 2-3 weeks. I'll keep you posted.

I'll get em up as soon as my roommate finds his camera! It's about as elaborate (stock-wise) as you can get for any beginner just looking to get into the hobby but wanting something interesting enough to be a conversation piece in their home. The real beauty of reef keeping is that the actual mechanics of the tank are minimal. Everything just works as long as you know what you're doing. The common misconception of saltwater is that it's hard. I like to look at it this way: If someone tells you saltwater is difficult, keeping in mind that there's thousands and thousands of people all over north america that do it at an advanced level on average budgets, that someone must have been doing things wrong.

Sorry for the long reply. I was away for the whole weekend. Unfortunately, there really aren't any Satano's left. Well, maybe 1 or 2. They were going for $25 each.

Go right ahead. At the moment, we got some Acaricthys heckelli in. Pretty different and these ones are nice and well rounded. Not the skinny and wasted fish you normally see. Also, some large Satanoperca leucustica (sp?). Roughly 4-5" long.

There's only about 5 left and I suspect it's looking like 3 males and 2 females. I'm actually working with my programmer to get a site set up for the store sometime in the next month or so. I'll keep everyone posted when it happens.
