Second question, I believe for CRS/CBS breeding you want a TDS of around 100 and a PH of around 6.2. Do I basically just mix tap water and RO water until I get the desired parameters?

Hey all, I really want to get some CRS and CBS and I want them to breed so it seems I'm going to require RO. Hey all, I got a couple large Anubias yesterday and one of them had some pretty holey leaves. I read online that the leaves will not heal holes like this, is this true? If they won't I'm going to want to trim the leaves back. Do I want to trim just the leaf off or do I want to take them off at the base of the stem? Thanks.

Everyone should really wear name-tags with their Alberta Aquatica names on them so I don't feel so alone at the auction!

Two large anubias barteri, crypts, chain sword, glosso, green shrimp, rili shrimp, giant duck weed (with shrimp hitchhikers), BN Plecos, a nice size common Pleco, and some fenestratus. Thanks to Jayba, Fishclubgirl, and beautylovetruth in particular and all the good people who put the auction on! I will not be missing another one. EDIT: anybody know who brought the Green Shrimp? Or the Rili for that matter?

Higher end of PH, mid to higher 7's. Any breeding in your tanks? If you've got great success you should definitely sell me some of the acclimatized shrimp!

That kind-of scares me. Well, better to just get RO than for me to risk it I guess then.
