No problem, Just didnt' want more people posting about specific stores and getting this thread closed. I think people can post their experiences without naming the stores. We all can pretty much guess what stores they are talking about anyways Yes, and that's the important distinction. Before I bought my rays, I went to one store and the sales person asked me what I was planning on putting in my 230 gallon. When I told him what was my plan, he laughed and told me why not do "pretty fish like salt water" and why would I be I plan on having such a dangerous fish that was more suited for a man. That's completely unacceptable, you should have gotten his butt fired for sure, even if you can't smack him around a bit, it would be a nice consolation knowing he won't do that to anyone else. Thanks for all the replies, theres some nasty employees out there. I find there are too many kids who don't know what they're doing working in assorted stores. There's alot of them in Canadian Tire, I've given up on the place, because as the old folks say "cusomer service has become an oxymoron". The ones who come to help you are kids that don't know anything, and that's IF you can even find another living human being!!! Bad stuff.
