kristarockstar
Cupped moss (i think its java moss) is buy two get one for $2 for for $10 you get three potions which should really fill out your tree. Not sure if the more expensive moss is the same deal.

kristarockstar
Thanks everyone! Again here is my inspiration pages: http://www.aquascapingworld.com/threads/aquascaping-categories-my-own-take-on-it.5970/ And this is the process I used: http://fish-etc.com/aquascaping-main/aquascaping-a-planted-aquarium/2 I lightly rinsed my subtrated and filled according to the above directions and I had very little or no clouding. The page also has links for videos with tips on planting that were helpfull. Just uploading a few update pics. Then I will finish off my redone 10 gallon and post them all in the aquaphoto section. kristarockstar
Here is the 20 Gallon with more plants. Currently have my cardinal tetras, cherry shrimp, snails, killifish pair and female pink danios (As my 10 gallon started leaking, resealed it and will try a 'pandora aquascape') Here is the Spec redone with a smaller tree and different subtrate. Nothing in here yet. Hopefully blue shrimp soon. Also made a mesh thing to try breeding the pink danios. They didn't spawn so I separated them again and am going to condition some more. Here is the Ebi, not much different but I have added male pink danios i addition to the killifish trio and yellow shrimp

BettaVishVish
I am going to check out http://www.ornamenta...al_Stone.html#2 in a couple of weeks (once they are back from holidays) for some cool rocks. I read that there was some chemical you should test rocks to make sure they are suitable for aquariums. Anyone know what it is and where to get it? Any other suggestions for unusual rock? Did you happen to order rocks from this website?
