creekbottom
I love it! I got a handful of java moss from a shrimp keeper in Edmonton (almost 2 years ago) and I just noticed the subwassertang growing! Other freebies have included riccia, and 2 rhizomes of windelov java fern. Too bad it's taken this long for them to get big enough to actually notice lol. jvision
I once grew 5 P. gertrudae Aru II from a handfull of moss I bought from another member. I'm sure the stuff I've sent out over the last year had eggs/shrimp/other plants along for the ride

flyfisher
I only seem to get snails lol Snails has always been the least of my worries when it comes to hitch hikers on plants. Some of the more interesting critters includes damsel fly larva, dragon fly larva and my all time favorite some small grey leaches.I wish I could discover some Rainbows or other less offensive critters and plants.
