Iceturf
Easiest live food cultures with respect to requiring the least amount of input, care, etc?
jvision
Microworms are about as easy as it gets. Moisten some quick oats and add your starter. When it gets soupy, start another one.
rjsomers
Agreed microworms, bananaworms and walter worms are all cared for the same. I find cooked oatmeal with yeast added after it cools lasts the longest for growing media. Vinegar eels are actually probably easiet since you dont have to start cultures regularly. Coomara aquatics in Calgary has the largest variety of live food cultures I've seen.
biodives
Suggestions so far have been mostly for fry-food, or at least very small fish. An easy large life food is red wriggler worms. In between are grindal worms and white worms. They need regular feeding of small amounts of food but otherwise are not that difficult.
