  1. Ordering from out of Canada and getting shipped with the proper documentation is risky at best, I am not sure if there can be any consequences for you if they see a trend.
  2. You will maximize the plants use of the CO2 if you inject the CO2 in the Return from your sump. You can also set the pipe coming from the tank so that it is the below that water line of you sump that way you will not bleed off too much CO2.
  3. Wow great shots, what kind of camera are you using?
  4. Just a thought but have you thought about calling the trouble shooter on global? That way they may help you get the glass from them at the quoted price and get it righ away.
  5. I have seen people breed them in some small tanks, such as 20g, but if you do that you will need to do twice daily water changes as a minimum. If you go with your 29 bow use two sponge filters unning power heads and change the water every day, I would also go bare bottom and use peat if you need lower the PH.
  6. I vote ply wood tank, a 180 can turn to a 300 plus once yopu do that.
  7. Well what if you could just put trade as the price?
  8. Looks good. What ate you going to use to finish thew inside? Any word on your glass yet?
  9. I have a Canon EOS DIGITAL REBEL XSi w/18-55mm lense.
  10. Thanks Greg, the toad is from West Edmonton mall in the sea life caveran, and the cat is my cat that ran away sort of, she went to live under the front porch of a house down the street for 3 week, she was not happy that I saw her. Slide show has beed updated with pics from the Toronto Zoo and a new slide show since I had too many pics for just one.
  11. I have that same Camera, I will be looking for some new lense soon.
  12. Great shots, what kind camera, lense and lighting are you using?
  13. He is the Canadian disributer of NLS.
  14. I am starting a portfolio, let me know what you think of my photos, good and bad, I will keep posting more as I take them. Click the pic for a link to a slide show of my album.
  15. I think that NLS is one of the best foods that I have ever used, I have been keeping fish for 15 some odd years. I still like to add other foods to the mix but that is just me. I don't see me not using NLS even though I have trouble to get it with out traveling. My fish stayed heakthey with any thing being done to the tank for over 3 months While I have been in Borden, and they are eating nothing but NLS.
  16. Try posting in the group order section.
  17. Do you have any pics of the stand?
  18. If you want to keep up with government you need a crystal ball.
  19. I don't think that the pike would be able to live in that water for very long, much too hot for them.
  20. Why can't it be one week later. I get tom come home on the 13th for a whole week. :boxed:
  21. It will not hurt any thing to let your tank sit full some where for 24 hours. to see if it leaks.
  22. Not to argue with a "tank builder", but 10-14 days would be serious overkill. Once the silicone is cured its cured, waiting longer doesn't make it "more cured". Ha ha. People don't even wait that long after building a new tank! Boom :boom: I have heard that silicone can leach stuff for up to two weeks after it cured, it is not a strength issue at all.
  23. Any catfish/pleco that will fit in to a 20 will produce lots of waste. Even dwarf cichlids can produce lots of waste.
