Sam Chicklets
Interesting color on the walls, kind of nice actualy. So how big is your room?
Shayesmommy
its 10 feet by 11 feet. I absolutly love the color. And this way i dont need backgrounds. It looks really good through the tanks. And brings out the colors of the fish.
snaggle
That is too funny that is the colour of my room at my parents house. I was also thinking of painting my fish room that colour when I make my dedicated fish room. Brad
jvision
My fishroom is about the same size, and very close to the same color. Nice
Shayesmommy
thanks. the room was originally supose to be an office but we decided that we had more then enough room in the smaller room for two computers. That i could take the big room for my fish room. Being lazy i decided not to put the 2-15 gallons down there yet. but heres some pictures of it now. Its just a starting point. The 10g- and the stand that was built for it today. It needs to be painted one day the 20,30 and 20some gallon rubbermaid container 10g again and my cluttered closet. The spot where i think i plan on putting the 80g The 15's will go beside the 20g for now.
Slough Shark
Wow, thats alot of work. Best of luck to you, and, since big projects like this can get crappy fast... God be with you!
dunl
Really nice Jen...I love the colour. So much so, that if I repaint when I do my racking for the room, I might just change the colour to that. Regardless of how much work it is going to be, you'll love having the dedicated room. Same reason as us, it was going to be used as an office, didn't become one, and too small for a kids room. Great job.
Vapor
Looking good Jen. Congratulations. No matter how much work it seems to be putting it together the outcome will be well worth it.
Albertan
Looking good. It'll be nice to see it with all the tanks in and stocked. Congrats.
Shayesmommy
thank you. I still need to get a few dozen more tanks before they are all in and stocked and my room is full. I have the whole complete setup in my head. but for now it will only be the few little tanks i have. Im hoping to move my discus into the 120 in the next few days. Then i can set up the 80 down there. So hopefully i will have more pictures by the middle of the week.

Zoban
That's the same blue tint I have painted my last few tanks with.. Loks like it will be a fab room when all settled. (not that it doesn't look good now)

Qattarra
Looking great! I painted my spare room that colour a couple years ago, it's an awesome shade. You will LOVE having a fishroom, sit a chair in the middle and just watch your hardwork pay off.Sue
