Sam Chicklets Posted June 18, 2007 Report Share Posted June 18, 2007 A few photos of The w/c Amphilophus Sagittae that I got from Nandopsis. He is over 8" in length and loves to have convict fry over for dinner. He is very smart and has lots of character. If he wants my attention he will splash water out of the tank at me :smokey: I originally had him here as a guest while Jays other fish grew out, but when Jay decided to cut back on the hobby he gave me dibs on him :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: . This fish is absolutely stunning and I might try and find him a mate. I will be building him a new home in the near future(95 gallon tank 24 deep 48 long 19 tall). Thanx Jay great fish. skinless Posted December 23, 2007 Report Share Posted December 23, 2007 i know i am raising one old thread but i founf another source that says 8" TL for RIP. the book is pocketpro cichlids (advertised in TFH for months now) with classic pbass pic on the cover. i say RIP destroys that max size. he is huger!!!!! oh yeah, the book as a guide has excellent photos.
