Woland
Hi everybody! I moved to Canada/Calgary 6 month ago from another country and as result i lost all my tanks. Since i'm living in rental appartment i can't start from big tanks again, but also can't live without "wetting hands" , so i have decided to start with small tank with shrimps. From now - alot of questions... where is better to buy tanks/equipment? Where is better/possible to buy srimps (some neocaridines, red cristal/cherrry)? little about me. Likes small chiclids and catfishes + shrimps. Breeding history - microgeophagus ramirezi (4 times, 150-200 each time), ancistrus (6 times, 80-120 each time). Guppygirl
:welcome: to the forum. Very informative people on this site. If you are looking for certain items ask in the buy/sell area of the site. Lots of people from your city on the site. Good luck.

gobies et al
:welcome: If no one here has the shrimp that you are interested in, keep an eye on http://www.canadianaquariumconnection.com/ClassAuction/ Often there are postings for shrimp in Canada and are willing to ship. No hassle about crossing the border! April's Aquarium - http://www.petsbeautiful.com/aquarium/index.php also has great selection! I hope this helps. BlackMumba
HI, and welcome to the site... I have Red Crystals available and Black Crystals as well as a few Cherries. Although, you would have to ship from Edmonton to Calgary which I have done here recently with sucess no loss's reported. So, if you can't find any locally, I have alot ! Chantal... arixonbarnes
Garage sales are a cheap source for small tanks , especially 5 and 10 gallon. Generally about one in ten garage sales should have a tank or two.
