Tattooed Fish At Gold's Aquarium Calgary

The fish keeping hobby is full of animal cruelty. You can't get any more iconic than a goldfish bowl. Just like with everything else in this world, the $ is king. -
I was wondering if anyone has ever seen Tiger Teddies (neoheterandria elegans) for sale in Alberta?
-
Cool fish, nice to see him in a big tank.
-
School of roseline barbs.
-
Ya the tank has a sand substrate. I think is has trouble in the transitions between the sand and decorations. The horned nerites never have any troubles, but the zebra has a much larger surface area.
-
The zebra nerite snail has to be the dumbest tank inhabitant I have owned. One died in less than 24 hours because it flipped itself at night and the other one I find multipule times a week upside down. I have never seen my two horned nerites upside down. But the zebras did come from Edmonton.

Hi was was just wondering if the other neo color morphs are just as hardy as cherry shrimp? Thanks

Cool, how hot does the heat sink get ?
-
What about using a large rubbermaid tote while you work on the sump.
-
So what's everyone bringing ?
-
Do you know what kind he is?
-
Look into seachem safe, a lot more bang for your buck.

Why not just do a fishless cycle, no need to harm any fish.
-
I'd recommend a fishless cycle before adding fish.

DJIssac, thanks for the reply. It's in a tank right now with black ruby barbs and it's not as tall bodied and has red on the tip of the tail. My best guess right now is a clown barb or a arulius barb.
-
Does anyone know what type of barb this is ?
-
Wont it get pretty cold? I mean the furnace is gas fed but you still need electricity for the blower motor and thermostat.
-
You can rent a generator.
-
I'd increase the number of rummy nose and hatchets.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8BOStJk3SXA Say he used 2 meters, not sure how big that tank is.

Holy expensive batman, those are much cheaper on ebay. Like Jason said those wont work as your main lighting, they would be more accent lighting. Are you trying to grow plants or is it fish only?
