Slough Shark
Great pics guys, JD is looking good Jonah. Here are some new pics of some of my guys (it's been a while...) New Swortdail I bought for Photographic purposes until I feed him (and his lady) to the Leaffish Pangio oblonga (tough to get photos of these little spazzes!) And (I think) a new pic of the leaffish

Terrie Lee
Aww, but he is such a pretty swordtail. Don't feed him to the leaffish! I can give you some ugly swordtails for that!
Slough Shark
Just a little too late, I just fed em both to the big guy. I usually feed him fry, so no matter what he is getting, it might seem cruel or a waste of life, but the guy's gotta eat and swordtails fill him up well, and also are cheap. I will be feeding him feeder goldfish from now on anyways. Sorry about that Terrie Lee, I know you love swordtails. BTW is that what they call a "Pineapple" swordtail? Finbert
Kewl, another Pangio spp! How do they compare with Pangio kuhlii?
Slough Shark
Exactly the same, save for their colouration. If you want to see lots of them, keep them with calm fish and little hiding places, they will not feel any less at home.
Terrie Lee
The sword's colouring is not quite pineapple, but very nice. If you want cheap non-diseased swords and platies I can give you some of my less attractive ones. I understand the big guys have to eat, just feed them the ugly ones that's all. Slough Shark
Thanks for the offer, but like I said, I will stick to goldfish until I can get some HRPs for fry. Since I know that their "purpose" in life is food for predatory fish, I will feel beter using them rather than Swords or Platies or whatever else.
