Morhua Posted March 13, 2007 Report Share Posted March 13, 2007 Hey everyone. I just joined the forum today and am looking forward to reading/discussing the aquaria world with you. I have two community tanks right now. A small 15 gallon comprised mainly of tetras, barbs, mollies, etc., etc. The other (36 gallon corner) has an interesting mix: a Jurupari, a blue paradise, giant danios (5), clown loaches (5), a pleco, and an african knife. The african knife has really sparked my interet in the 'odd balls'; as a result, I'm looking more and more into setting up tank(s) for a clown knife fish and an arowana. As far as the knife/aro tank goes, plan big....about 500-700 gallons big....depth is not as much an issue as length and width will be (96"-108"L x 60-72"w x 20-22"t would be good), and you will need a very good lid.
