Smokey
A Method that is impartial: A random generated draw. rudy
A Method that is impartial:A random generated draw. To be eligable; members would sign in, on a topic site set up for this reason. [ just posting "hello" would be sufficient]. This site would only be open for a specific time [ say 30 days [?]]. If the idea is to increase mebership then that would work. Having said that most of the membership would be people who want something for free and will most likely not participate again. I for one am for participating members getting rewards. Nandopsis
1-Lots of QUALITY posts.2-Breeding of fish w/ a article on water params and anything to do with inducing.(with proof) 3-Writing profiles. 4-Helping other members, Such as giving fish or equipment away free of charge to other members that need it. These guidelines would leave most new fish keepers completely out of the contest. Not new members, but new keepers. <_< Good point Dunl. , But as Rudy has mentioned we don't want people just showing up to snag some free stuff. So how does this sound, participating members that may include some of the previous listed, or newer aquarist who show that they are willing to learning, and contibute to the board. With out spamming the crap out of the place

Majestic_Aquariums
I was able to get to Chum's yesterday, and deliver the 33 Gal. stand for the contest, for any of you Calgary-Based residents that wish to view it. There are two different colors of that model there now, and I have one Black stand of that style in-stock. Feel free to check it out if you wish, and after the contest is done, assuming someone in Edmonton area is the winner, I am confident that Majestic can make free arrangements for your delivery if you are unable to pick-up. Best of luck to all! (or is it an award based on merit alone? Well, don't want to start that descussion again, I'm sure the decision is in capable hands) Thanks Robert
Nyasa
What a sweeet prize. I have a 33 gallon sitting in my basement at this moment that would look great on one of those beautiful stands. Thanks for the prize donation Robert and good luck to all members. :guns:

Garhan
Has anyone ever been able to purchase a good quality Fish Calender. It5 is that time of year where we need to replace them little things that keep our lives in order. I was searching around Petshops and mall kiosks for Tropical Fis Calenders but cant seem to find any let alone a good one. A good collection of photos can go alond way with other ideas that I have for a 2 page calender. This could be used as a fund raiser if someone is willing to help out with a publishing background.
