rudy
Very wicked, what makes them so rare? what makes this species a rare find? It is because they cannot be selectively bred. They are a purely natural fish that lack the color gene of red tail cats making them white, or platinum. They are selected from hundreds of thousands of fish basically meaning the collection process makes them rare. Many will also turn back to colored after a while and therefore a large one with the same coloration such as this one is nearly impossible to find. They all go to Japan so to get one to the great White North is un heard of...Until now.
JORG
very nice---I have to ask how did you score it ? I also wonder what they are worth in Japan.
