Never seen that before. What a horrible, horrible comment. j/k I put it in the bottom as I have some creatures that tend to move the very light live rock around. Spreads out the schock from any falls. The sand hasn't gone in over top of it yet. I know it looks like crap, but will be better once the sand is in.
